Policies - Warranty & Service Procedures
SHOWCASE has and will continue to make customer service its highest priority. We will continue to deliver the same level of customer service that helps you enjoy a reputation of the highest level. We believe in the old adage that “the customer is always right” and will continue to be honest and ethical above all in our dealings with the customer. SHOWCASE offers a 1-year in home service on any defects in installation or parts that are permanently installed. For any pieces of equipment that can be carried in, the customer will be directed to where the nearest service depot is for repairs.
The following are some of the measures we have taken to guarantee our exceptional level of service:
- 15 dedicated crew vehicles with SERVICE being our #1 priority.
- Technicians-installers-service crews are all highly qualified and trained. This includes IBM, ISF, THX and CEDIA certification.
- Services completed as scheduled.
- All jobs inspected after rough-in and final to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Work never sub-contracted.
- Assign accountability.

- Monthly toolbox safety meetings with installation-service crews.
